💻 Hybrid Networking: Utilize the Conversation Starter platform to book meetings with other participants. Choose to connect online or in person, depending on your preference and convenience.
🍻 In-Person Gathering: For those attending at The Beacon, enjoy the chance to continue conversations and unwind with a drink after the event.
How to Participate:
- Register: Sign up to participate in the event through our registration link on Eventbrite.
- Create a Profile: You will receive an invitation to set up your profile on the Conversation Starter platform to make it easier for others to find and connect with you.
- Book Meetings: Start scheduling one-on-one meetings with other participants to maximize your networking opportunities.
- Join the Event: On August 1st, log in to the platform or arrive at The Beacon ready to engage and connect!

🚲🚗 HOW TO REACH THE BEACON - Sint-Pietersvliet 7, 2000 Antwerpen
- TRAM: take tram 7 to stop Sint-Paulusplaats
- VELO: Velo station 049, Tolhuis / 050, Klapdorp / 058, Noorderterras
- BIKE: park your bike in the bikepark below the building
- CAR: parking Rijnkaai - 12-minute walk / parking Grote Markt - 10-minute walk
Take note of the fact that The Beacon is located in the LEZ zone and that the rules regarding public parking have been made stricter.

Thank you for your interest in our event. Please review the following information before registering:
- No-Show Fee: If you register but don't attend without canceling in advance, a 50 EUR fee will apply to cover planning and reservation costs. Please inform us if you can't attend to avoid this fee.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48h in advance and through your Eventbrite ticket, not via email.
- Photography and Recording: Photos, audio, and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to this use. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify the staff at the registration desk.
