Peter & Wim will bring in a new paradigm: Steward-owership.This model ensures that companies can stay independent and purpose-first, even at the most pivotal moments. Steward-ownership as the way to keep the control of your company for always in the hands of the most capable and aligned people, yet being investable with fair financial returns for founders and investors.
The concept is gaining worldwide traction these days with frontrunners in Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland. The concept of Steward-ownership is also included as an optional element in new EU.inc to protect and encourage highly innovative companies.
