Ping Pong Tournament
📅 Date: May 4 - May 8
📍 Location: The Beacon, Sint-Pietersvliet 7, 2000 Antwerpen
⏰ Time: Every day between 09:00 – 17:00
Tournament Details:
The tournament will be held with group phases and knockout phases. The groups will be divided based on the number of subscribers.
👥 Monday - Wednesday: Group Phase - Who will survive?
🔝 Thursday - Friday: Knockout Phase - Race to the final
🏆Friday: Big Final & Kwart Na Bier
You will receive the game schedule and playing rules in advance, so stay tuned!
We provide the necessary tools, but if you have a lucky paddle, feel free to bring it along

TRAM: take tram 7 to stop Sint-Paulusplaats
- VELO: Velo station 049, Tolhuis / 050, Klapdorp / 058, Noorderterras
- BIKE: park your bike in the bikepark below the building
- CAR: parking Grote Markt - 10-minute walk
- ❗parking Rijnkaai ❗️is closed
- CAR: paid parking at The Beacon - Reserve here
Take note of the fact that The Beacon is located in the LEZ zone and that the rules regarding public parking have been made stricter.

Thank you for your interest in our event. Please review the following information before registering:
- No-Show Fee: If you register but don't attend without canceling in advance, a 50 EUR fee will apply to cover planning and reservation costs. Please inform us if you can't attend to avoid this fee.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48h in advance and through your Eventbrite ticket, not via email.
- Photography and Recording: Photos, audio, and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to this use. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify the staff at the registration desk.
