  1. No-Show Fee: If you register but don't attend without canceling in advance, a 50 EUR fee will apply to cover planning and reservation costs. Please inform us if you can't attend to avoid this fee.
  2. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48h in advance and through your Eventbrite ticket, not via email.
